Gray, and Margaret Bordeaux, “a computer scientist, a social scientist, and a physician who is involved in standing up the contact tracing program in Massachusetts”, respectively, outline their reservations around digital contract tracing solutions, and highlight opportune points of entry for technology to support work falling under four key elements of contract tracing.
